Over 30 years of commercial investment and international real estate sales, plus property management experience provides a successful track record of client representation underpinned with integrity and holding the clients’ best interests before my own.

My roots in Argentina since 2000 provide an important advantage to international clients to have someone representing their interests who understands North and South American cultures when negotiating and presenting projects. Living full time in Argentina, as a  Permanent Resident, I have connections to reliable and trusted local resources.

Prior to moving to Argentina, as a California Real Estate Broker in the San Francisco Bay Area, I was engaged in several aspects of the real estate business, including owning my own Property Management Company and leasing office, retail and industrial properties. For 14 years I operated as one of the few women in Commercial Investment real estate sales, specializing in leased investments and large apartment complexes from $4- $25 Million Dollars. Among those entities I represented as both buyers and sellers were REO departments of banks, developers, syndicators, family trusts and high net worth individuals.

As an International Sales Associate for La Estancia de Cafayate for 8 years, I sold over 60 homesites, homes and Grace Residential Villas, totaling over $14,000,000 USD in sales on behalf of the developers.

I have maintained a successful sales track record during a challenging sales environment while representing many resales of La Estancia de Cafayate properties, luxury lifestyle properties in Patagonia and investment sales.
